I only know a couple episodes where he shoots his gun. 1.) Two Bodies In The Lab 2.) The one where Booth's brother Jared is introduced. At least, I think he shoots his gun. I can't remember the name of it though, but it was a really good episode.

Ryan wolfe is falsely accused of murdering Horatio Caine, but Caldwell actually fired the gun. Ryan just helped Horatio fake his own death, but this did strain his relationship with Eric Delko.
