How can you care for a crow egg?

Incubate it like a regular egg, when it hatches the baby crow can eat moistened cat food (crushed up cat food mixed with water) but also give it water separately. Feeding it with a syringe works well, or a straw (thumb over the top) when a syringe isn't available. A bottle cap such as a coke bottle with with the sides cut down to about half height or a smaller cap such as one from a glass bottle or a crystal geyser water bottle (it won't hold enough water for any baby bird to drown itself) after each time you feed it and when it gets a little bigger a small bowl (three of four inch diameter) with a styrofoam cup anchored into the middle (Put water in the cup, put bowl on top, flip, fill around the cup, tada!)

A note: If you raise it, it will be imprinted on humans, on you. It might not develop the skills it needs to survive on it's own. So if you don't want to commit to caring for it, it would be best to hand it over to a local wildlife specialist, or someone else who wants to and is equipped to care for it. Crows make fine pets, but some states have rules and regulations about keeping wild animals, these rules aren't enforced unless someone reports you to an authority. So basically, take good care of it and there won't be any problems. Good luck!

How can you prevent crows from eating your car wipers?

Once a behavior like this has been learned, it is difficult to break. You could try applying a little pepper-flavored substance to the wipers. This will need to be strong flavored enough to put them off with a little taste. Note that oil-based flavors will smear on the windscreen. Try cayenne powder in a little water. Check that this does not damage the car first!

If there are several cars being attacked, treat all of them so that the crows think all wipers have this taste. Apply the pepper flavor consistently and regularly. It will reduce in potency after being exposed to the sun, wind and rain. Do not stop applying it until the attacks have ceased for some time.
