it may be your steering assist pump: check the liquid level and if it is low, add until it is close to 'MAX'.After having added the power steering liquid, turn your steering wheel all the way to the left,hold it there(you should still hear the whine), then turn it all the way to the right,hold it there and repeat until you won't hear it anymore(2 or three times).

PS: the power steering reservoir is not the one near the steering pump,that is the brake liquid reservoir; power steering reservoir is closer to the front of the car and has a bigger cap that says...power steering on it

Press the centre menu button (centre button right of radio)

right button that looks like > which should scroll through some other setting till you get to AUX on or off.

The top button or bottom button V should switch the AUX on or off.

Then press centre menu button to store your setting.

well first the timing belt nor head gasket control spark all things aside it is probably a overhead cam motor so the plugs, wires, and possibly distributor cap rotor etc had to be removed in order to access the head and timing belt I my self have had remove at the very least the rotor cap to double check timing before putting back together. my guess is you should start by check those plugs, wires, wire connection to cap as well as cap to distributor and if it has a external coil be sure that connections are good.

first of all make sure all the plugs are all in service term and it is good condition, check cable plug for damage and recommended to replace it if it was used over mileage, comes to important ignition parts.. check the;

electronic heavy coil (the square shape), you can determine if the car was in a 'hot' operation temperature(traffic jame or after having a long ride)..the engine turns to 'low tuning'.. this shows that you need to replace the coil.

electronic distributor.. if you already replace the coil, but the same problem exist, that mean you need to replace the ignition coil too..

make sure that the problem is "NO FIRING"

some problem of low tuning is started because of insufficient pressure of fuel.. this tells us that the electronic fuel pump needs replacement before it damage the engine itselfs because of improper ration of air and fuel mixture

0E means it isn't draining. It happened to me. Turned out to be electrical tape stuck in the pump impeller. Removing the pump was straightforward via the rear of the machine. Only two screws holding it in. Once out, there are three screws holding the housing over the impeller. The pump using 120V AC so you can test it once it is out.

Ace Ltd. Makes one. OTW, watch gunbroker or do like many do. Buy a spare thumbhole and cut the bridge out. A hacksaw and some fine grain sandpaper along with a good coat of fusion does a decent and presentable job.

You will find thermostat at the back side of the timing belt rear cover. It should be in a housing which is connected to the radiator 'S' Bend. Hope you may find it out.
