What do you do when your boyfriend talks about ex?
Ask him not to. It's normal that it makes you uncomfortable, and you have every right to not wanna discuss his ex. But you can't deny the fact that he has memories he might want to share with you. He has a past, you probably do as well. Trust me, you should talk about the ex at least once though, you want the details (no surprises in the future). But if he really does it that much, just ask him not to, it's okay. But if you think he's still hung up on her... you should talk about that. If he's not over her yet, you should be dating him right now. It's not fair to you. So if he just has no clue that it bothers you, just tell him so he'll know.
I think random dating is when you date random people you do not really know or know much about them.

I know this may sound weird but try thinking about them almost like a guy instead of a girl you like so talk to them like you would your friends, have
confidence, a joke but not the ones you get out of those books something like "you look like a connected person, you know any drug dealers?" but say it like your joking around and if she likes you or is at least is not stupid enough to not get it she'll play along. you could also try to be somewhat annoying but not too much and talk to her about stuff you know she likes and can have a conversation about (don't do something hard like cheese)

As you probably know, she manages the band Florence & The Machine, and from what I am aware I think (but may be wrong) she is dating the drummer of F&TM, Christopher Lloyd-Hayden.
