Unless you think she's noticed it, you don't have to say anything. If she has noticed it, be honest. Erections happen, sometimes spontaneously, and sometimes because guys get turned on. If she asks which one it is in this case, you can either answer the question, or ask her what happens in a girl's body when she gets excited.

ok, now this is situational, many boys "pick-on" or take action in friendly "name-calling" towards someone that he likes. But if he texts you some type of playful insults he might have a crush on you. If its just chit chat, you have no idea.

If he/she has given you reason to be suspicious, then you might try checking his/her browser history and see if he/she has been browsing those types of sites. If there's just one URL listed, then he/she probably just stumbled onto the site, but if there is a huge long list of URLs from a dating site in the History, then it's pretty likely he/she's spending a lot of time on it.
Browser histories can, of course, be deleted. I know there are ways to retrieve them -- crime shows have taught me that nothing is ever REALLY erased from a computer -- but I am not very tech savvy.
If you really wanted to go psycho on him/her, there are hidden programs you can install on his/her computer, which will record every single keystroke he/she makes. Of course, if it turns out that he/she isn't cheating, and he/she discovers the program, then you have ruined a relationship for nothing.
