But chances are, they haven't made such videos.

First and foremost, you have to be happy and comfortable with yourself AS YOU ARE. Can you truly accept yourself as you are? If you can't, think about what you can do to change so that you are happy with yourself. It seems to me that you may be uncomfortable with your weight because of the fact that you asked your question. If this is so, consider losing weight so that you feel better about yourself if your weight is really bothering you.
