I think it DEFINITELY all depends on the guy. Everyone has their own way of showing their feelings for someone(if they show them at all.) Some guys get kinda nervous and usually end up moving their hands a lot or messing with their hair or something, others flirt by acting all cute and hitting on you, others mess with you, and others just don't want to show it at all if they're not interested in going as far as a relationship or just don't want them to know yet. My best advice would be to just observe the way he reacts to different people withOUT being stalkerish and then compare it to how he acts around you.
