In the Supergirl comic series. It was issue #0, believe it or not. What happened was that the story was published a month or so before Supergirl's series came out, and thus it was published in Superman/Batman #19. Once Supergirl had her own series (which obviously started with #1) they included that issue in with her books. It was named #0 to indicate that it came before all the others. Hope this helps!
Black Adam was a good guy in Egypt days. then went bad, then joined the Junior State of America and went good near the beginning of the current run, then took over a country by force and unaffiliated himself with the good heros and became part of the Society. Not a good guy at all.

Black Adam spent the majority of his comics life as a villain, but is now more a ruthless anti-hero who dispenses hard-line justice. He overthrew a corrupt goverment, and the people of his country embrace him as their leader. Was tricked into joining the villains society, then left when their true purpose was revealed, and allied himself to the right side.
Of course he killed Psycho Pirate right on the spot, but that's hard-line justice for you.

#4 - Stephanie Brown, formerly known as Spoiler, she became Robin for a while when Tim Drake was out of action, she appeared to die during Gotham's Gang Wars, but didn't really die - now she is Batgirl.
#5 - Damian Wayne, Bruce Wayne's son with Talia, he is Robin right now, working with Dick Grayson as Batman.
#6 - Carrie Kelly, female Robin seen in the future Batman story "The Dark Knight Returns" - whether she counts as a real Robin depends on whether this future story comes to pass, or is revealed to be an alternate future.

The Dc comics company is not one to ignore ( Future shock) they also , in theory have an infinite number of past yarns, imaginary stories, etc and what would be called in television or movies- reruns. notwithstanding this they alienated many of their fans with wholesale destructions and re-constructions dubbed the Crisis in alternate worlds or a similar title- The crisis killed off Supergirl- relocated and (wrote out) Kandor to a modern, Krypton-like planet- and various characters got re-shuffled. the Teen Titans did not escape this vortex of future shock. Of course if one goes back ( via old comics) to the sixties period the map was a lot more stable. so that explains it. Donna Troy has been through all kinds of identity shifts- which would baffle a Psychiatrist.

Captain America is human though he is genetically enhanced. He posesses superior strength, athleticism, and speed, however he is still human. Since he lacks the power to regenerate nor is he impenetrable he still suffers the same weaknesses any human does. He is still susceptible to explosions, fire, gunshots, stabbing etc.

He died two ways, (a cencored version and an uncencored version). In the Cencored version Tim (Robin) pushed him into a water tank, then Joker gets caught in wires, slips on the water, pulls a switch and gets electrocuted. And in the UnCencored version Tim (Robin) shoots Joker with a gun and the bullet says "Bang!". Then the Joker says "Thats not funny, that not...!"
