I'm assuming the previous responses were translated from a language other than English. At any rate, they cut them up and use them for food for the other creatures at Sea World.

While salt-water is helpful for the initial stages of healing a wound, it is rather painful. Since the salt content of the Dead Sea is higher than any other body of water, the sting is stronger and may make swimming in the Dead Sea very non-pleasurable.

It's not really a "sea", but a lake. It it is still not the saltiest body of water on earth. The title would go to Don Juan Lake in Antarctica.
