Denzel Washington plays a bad cop in the movie "Out of Time" (2003)
July 13,2010 -- What is the movie where Denzel Washington a bad cop...?
Answer is still the same: "Out of Time"
But GSN OODLES CHALLENGE said :Training Day"
It sounds like him at the beginning for sure...not so much at the end. I assume you are talking about the one where the black guy likes his grandkids a lot.
He played the role of an ex-slave who joined the Union Army as a soldier during the American Civil War (1861-1865). He had suffered beatings while a slave and he was very bitter and hard to control. As the movie progresses, he learns how to control his anger and vent it at his enemy. He joined the 54th Massachusetts Infantry Regiment. This was a real black Army unit and they fought a bloody battle at a coastal fort just south of Charleston, SC. The regiment lost a lot of casualties.
Denzel Washington is 6'0" (1.84m) tall according to IMDB.
According to his Internet Movie Database (IMDb) bio, the two-time Academy Award winner is 6' 0½" tall. That makes him the fifth tallest Best Actor winner of the 2000s, behind Forest Whitaker (6' 2"), Daniel Day-Lewis (6' 1½") and Jeff Bridges and Adrien Brody (both 6' 1"). Washington is taller than the four other Best Actor recipients of the decade: Russell Crowe (5' 11"), two-time Oscar winner Sean Penn and Philip Seymour Hoffman (both 5' 9½"), and Jamie Foxx (5' 9").
A little over 6' and a little under 6'1". Does that answer your question? what else you want? his credit card details? his bank statements? ;)
Yes! His character (Alonzo Harris) in the movie "Training Day" was married, but sleeping with an El Salvadorian (Eva Mendez) woman. They had a son together in the movie.
What a low life!!! :-)
He did many Shakespeare plays during his early days as an actor. But he first attracted major attention in a 1981 production of playwright Laurence Holder's "When The Chickens Came Home To Roost" at New York's Henry Street Theatre. It was the first time Washington portrayed the black orator Malcolm X.
Denzell Washington does not smoke cigarettes. He did smoke cigarettes when he was younger. He reportedly quit smoking more than 20 years ago.
Glory
A film about the first all african-american civil war regiment.
His mentor Billy Thomas from Boys and Girls Club of America did. When Washington was 10 he asked him for guidance.
A friend of mine was working in the catering dept during the filming of 'Nanny McPhee' and told me that Angela used to sneak off with crew members to have a sneaky cigarette. He also said that she had a very dirty sense of humour and used language that'd make a sailor blush! This just endears her to me even more.
First he is more of strict guy and always wanting to follow the rules and wasn't really thinking about the men. Then he realizes the men have risked their lives to be part of the union. The rebels will kill them if they capture them. In the end he leads the men because he is going to risk his life for them now. There were a lot of casualties in the first battle so I think he really wanted to risk his life for them. And when he gave the letters to the guy to send to his parents (Attack on Fort Wagner), I think Shaw really knew that he was going to die for the men that day because usually the colonels are supposed to stay away from danger in the back and so he had the guy deliver the messages to his family to say goodbye. You have to be really unselfish to just give away your life like that. That truly is the ultimate sacrifice. And he did die. That was a great movie. (Especially loved: Matthew Broderick, Morgan Freeman, Jihmi Kennedy, Denzel Washington, Cary Elwes and Andre Braugher)

No, he did not. He went to Fordham University in the Bronx, NY and graduated in 1977. I know this because I was the starting running back that year and never heard of Denzel.
His first movie screen appearance was as a mugger in Michael Winners "Death Wish" starring Charles Bronson. His first credited "Hollywood" film was 1981's "Carbon Copy," as George Segal's son.
No, Jet Li is not gay. In fact he has had 2 wives during his adulthood. He is still married to the second one.
Second of all, if he was gay, he would not be able to have four children!
So Jet Li is DEFINITELY NOT gay.
