Bile is released from the liver to help emulsify fats, and pancreatic juice is released from the pancreas. This is a mixture of bicarbonate, to neutralise stomach acid and enzymes to catalyse the breakdown of nutrients in food. These enzymes include proteases, both active and inactive, amylase and lipase.

The circulatory digestive and nervous systems all work together to get essential materials to the cells of the body by having the stomach produce acids that break down food. The dissolved food enters the liver where it is filtered. From there the good items enter the blood stream to be circulated throughout the body. The bad items enter the intestines where they travel to places to be expelled from the body.

I believe it does for me. I get really bad cramps/pain in my upper abdomen. It comes on several hours after ingestion and lasts 8 hours or more! Very painful to the point that I can't sleep all night when I've had honey in the evening. It takes less than a Tbsp. and is the same with raw and regular organic honey. I've also heard that people can get swollen lips from contact. Honey allergy/sensitivity isn't common, but you can find some anecdotal evidence online.

Cellulose is not particularly digestible by the human digestive tract and tends to pass thorugh as roughage. Herbivorous animals called ruminants (deer, sheep, camals, etc.) can digest cellulose through bacterial action in one or more of the four sections of their stomach.

When digestion is all about the breaking down of nutrients to a level that can be used by the body's cells, the excretory system (urinary system) helps with the removal of metabolic wastes from the body. Oh, and just in case you don't know, homeostasis is internal balance. :)

There are a few things that you could do. You can get a laxative over the counter. You can try an enema which can be bought over the counter or by having water shot up your rectum by something(hot tub jet). The hot tub jet worked best for me. I have also heard from friends that anal intercourse can sometimes create bowel movements afterward. So take your pick and just remember to have fun.
