You would call it a dead dinosaur. You could refer to a fresh body as a dinosaur carcass. One that is only bones would be a dinosaur skeleton. However, you probably would never see the above. A fossilized dinosaur is called a dinosaur fossil.

I'm afraid I don't have the answer to the precise study that proves it, but there are many images available of dissected or otherwise broken Spinosaurus teeth that reveal that they were hollow. fossil jaw fragments with broken teeth reveal that they were hollow. But the precise study, I'm searching for that myself.

Yes and no. To explain, some dinosaurs were bigger than any other animal that lives today, except for the Blue Whale, which remains the largest (confirmed) animal to ever have lived. The most likely single cause for the extinction of the dinosaurs is an asteroid impact that occurred around 65 million years ago. The asteroid is estimated to have been around 6 miles wide and struck the Earth off the Yucatan Peninsula in what is now Mexico. All life forms within the vicinity were destroyed. Large amounts of debris were thrown into the atmosphere. The dust clouds engulfed the Earth and temperatures changed dramatically. The dinosaurs and many other animals, including marine and flying reptiles, could not cope with the drastic change, and went extinct.

Evidence for this impact is found in an ancient, partially buried crater off the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico, called the Chicxulub crater, dated to be 65 million years old. There is also a thin layer of iridium within rock layers that also dates back 65 million years. The iridium is significant evidence because the element is rare on Earth but abundant in asteroids. Shocked quartz of the same age has also been found, providing information about the nature of the impact.

However, the asteroid impact is not the sole cause of the dinosaur extinction. Prior to the event, scientists think there was already increased volcanic activity which released poisonous gases into the atmosphere and caused global climate change. By the time their nemesis arrived from space, the dinosaurs, among other animals, were already being stressed by the changing climate, loss of habitat and strained food chain.

Iguanodon was the first dinosaur to be named. Around 1840 a man named Gideon Mantell found a large tooth by the side of the road. It looked like the tooth of an iguana but it was much larger. They were then able to match the tooth with the rest of the skeleton that was found. Iguanodon means "iguana tooth".

Assuming you meant a dinosaur fossil and an insect fossilized in amber, the difference is that the soft tissues of the insect remain whereas the dinosaur fossil shows only hard tissues such as bone and tooth. Additionally, the insect fossil is the actual insect, wheras the dinosaur fossil is a stone formation that was created by rock replacing the bones of the dinosaur.
