No. Humans are mammals, which evolved from mammal-like synapsid "reptiles," which were not closely related to dinosaurs. Birds are the only living remnants of the dinosaurs.

Unless you count birds, all dinosaurs are well past their expiration dates. However, if they were still around, there's no reason we couldn't farm them for meat. The protein of T. rex has been scanned and the similarity of structure supports the opinion that it should taste like chicken.

biologically speaking, dinosaurs ("terrible lizards") were creatures of the mesozoic ("middle age"). a cataclysmic event occurred 65million years ago ensuring their extinction. but amongst the theropods ("beast foot") there were coelurosaurs ("hollow-tail lizards"). every dinosaur found with feathers is a coelurosaur. this includes, but is not limited to: archaeopteryx ("ancient wing"), tyrannosaurs ("tyrant lizard"), deinonychus ("terrible claw"), hesperornis ("great bird"), and of course, modern day aves (birds).

We don't really know. However, it's likely that newborn dinosaurs of giant parents were comparatively small. There are two reasons, the more important being that dinosaurs all seem to be born from eggs, and there are absolute limits to the size of an egg. If an egg is too big, then the shell must be thick or else it would be too fragile and if the shell is too thick, the newborn can't break out of it. The largest egg ever found is that of a bird, and is about twice the size (eight times the volume) of an ostrich egg. This is theorized to be the maximum possible egg. The other reason that young dinosaurs like diplodocus would be small is that their tails and necks would be much shorter, proportionately, than those of their parents, so more of their body mass would be in their torso. This is called neoteny, and is apparent in almost all higher animals. At a guess, a newborn diplodocus would not exceed two feet long.

A real dinosaur is gasparinisaura, a basal Iguanodontia from the Late Cretaceous period that lived in Argentina. It ate plants and is one of the few dinosaurs who has a 'saura' in its name instead of 'saurus.'
