How do you fix a broken dishwasher mounting bracket?
If you are talking about the bracket that mounts the dishwasher to the underside of the counter top to prevent it from "walking out", I have found that the EZ Bracket is the best answer. It is available at Stone Tool Distributors like Braxton-Bragg.
The website is

The thing that I like is that you can use it either before or after the counter top is in place and it works on Granite, Formica or other counter top materials. It is inexpensive and easy to use.
You do not have to drill into the granite, which is a relief.
What does error f means on your dishwasher?
Ok, let's take a look at this; Here is what I found on your code, this is also the same as a whirlpool model. F06 means Drive motor tachometer
error Which means the control is unable to properly detect motor speed and the machine will shut down. If a failure occurs during high-speed spin the door will be unlocked after 3 minutes.
Here are some Potential Causes for this error Check wire harness connections between the Drive Motor/Tachometer and the Motor Control
Unit (MCU), and between the MCU and the Central Control Unit (CCU) Check the Drive Motor Check the MCU Check the Wire Harness
Replace failed component.

How do you get melted plastic off dishwasher heating coils?
If you can "freeze" the coil with ice cubes wrapped around it, you can chip most of the plastic off the heating element. A short, fairly sharp knife is the best tool for this, as it will allow you the most control of the edge of the tool. You can then apply a wire brush to the element, and with some willingness and elbow grease, you can finish the job. It will be tedious, but it can be done with patience and perseverance. A hint of the plastic might remain "out of reach" of the brush, and a couple of cycles might effect removal of that last little bit. But most of the work is yours to do. Remember that your approach here is a mechanical one, and not a chemical one. Also, make a quick call to or drop by at an appliance expert's place of business and just ask a quick question or two. You should be able to get some hints from these folks, as this is their business. With tact and some brief and direct questions (so as to avoid taking up too much of their time), a bit of assistance should be forthcoming.
1) The flood switch has open circuited due to overload or mechanical failure.
2) The solenoid coil has open circuited or the solenoid plunger is stuck in the housing.
3) The wire screen filter in the solenoid assembly is totally clogged with debris.
4) The control circuit board has failed.
5) The isolation valve in the water line feeding the appliance is closed.
I've got this failure mode now ... and in my case ... the flood switch open circuited due to overload ... and as a result of the control circuit board failure.
How do you hook-up power for Kenmore dishwasher 13163?
S/B small Metal cover on front bottom right side. Simply open cover, be it snap off or small screw. Then use existing HARDWIRE (romex) and twis the black existing to the black on diswasher, the white twist to the white, and the green should have a green screw in the same area you opened at bottom right to secure. The green would be the ground for safety.

How do you Cook mackerel in a dishwasher?
Logically, I don't think you can cook mackerel in a dishwasher as I would have thought you would only have been able to wash it at the very least.
If the dishwasher originally costs X ,then with 15% off it will cost X -.15X = .85X. then if he gets 20% off of that price the final price will be .85X - (.2).85X = (.8).85X = .68X So he gets a total of 32% off the original price.
Clean the surfaces carefully and then use an epoxy like J B Weld.
Do you need a air vent for the dishwasher in California?
It is usually hooked up to your kitchen sink p-trap or garburator under the sink, which is vented. This is the only vent you need for drainage.
Can you drain a washing machine or dishwasher into an inside soil stack?
Yes, as long as it isn't a dry VENT stack
Your dishwasher wont heat the water and element is ok?
If it is a new dishwater, there is a gov't restriction on the heating element that stops it from heating the water and drying the dishes.
If anyone knows how to override this, please advise.
