Well I have seen it on eBay, for about £50- £80 they vary. However the reason is, is the Dobby was £9.99 on play.com, however no one got him, and then play.com only made a limited stock and sold a limited stock off for £4.99. Then popco went bust, (the company that made the order of Phoenix Harry Potter toys) and most of the toys there was a limited supply of them.

You may get one off of eBay, or a used one for about £35-£40

Unless a last minute buyer stepped forward A Life of Faith (ALoF) closed its doors for good on October 31, 2009. These beautiful vinyl historical play dolls are rarely discounted. Prior to that all of the 18.75 inch ALoF dolls were priced at $99.99 with accessories and outfit ensembles priced from $9.99 to $100. There was also a line of shorter and thinner dolls 14" doll, The Faith and Friends collection that was made by the company. Both the 18" and 14" are still readily available in stores. Few reductions in price have been seen but this may change after the 2009 holiday season. As stock declines vendors may opt to clearance the dolls with price reductions. Many plan to keep the dolls in stock at the regular price until the last one is sold.

Right now the best place to find either line of dolls is at the Family Christian Stores web site or bricks and mortar stores. Family Christian Stores have regular sales and coupon specials that can be used to reduce the price of the dolls by 10 to 30 percent. The dolls are also carried by lots of smaller, none chain Christian book stores. If there is a doll that is a must have don't wait too long to buy, stock is dwindling.

First of all it"s Frances ( she"s a Girl) the badger. I knew a teacher that had that nickname-and she drove a guy to, well that"s not a topic for toys. I have never seen any dolls , stuffed toys, based on the Frances The Badger series or characters, there was a short-lived comic strip called ( The badger Family) that ran in some papers with the Hoban characters. I have never seen Frances the Badger as a stuffed animal, badgers are comical animals and Frances And Gloria- hey wait a minute- we have two stand-Ins for the Chipettes, and in real life Veronica (Ronnie) and Estel were blood sisters-the idea has long been out the (Chipmunks) were a take-off on the Ronettes! Sorry no Badger family toys, yet. Chipmunks, possibly.

I can't tell you the value, but I can tell you where to look to find it. Collectibles are sold on the secondary market to other collectors. Books are put out annually for the types of collectibles including dolls. The books list the dolls according to maker and then according to the name and date of manufacture. With the listing is the market prices of the dolls at the time the book is printed. These prices are not set in stone and can vary according to the market. It is a little like the stock market because it goes up and down. Another good measure of the value of your doll is to use EBay. I will search the site for items to get a base value and if I list something I will use that to price my item. There are also doll collectors magazines that have listings of items for sell in the back as well as "wanted" items that people are looking for to finish a collection. The value of your dolls is also based on condition, if the paper work is with the doll that it came with, and if the original box is with the doll. If you have the box/papers the value of your doll will increase.
