Are you allowed to wear jewelry for netball?
No you are not allowed to wear jewellery whilst playing neball. The umpire must also check the players for jewellery before they take to the court. If you wish you may play with a medical alert braclet or wedding ring, but they MUST be taped. Wearing jewellery is a hazard to yourself and other players when playing netball.

You have to have your nails short, so when you look at the palm of your hand you cant see your nails at the end of your fingers.

i have never heard of ingrowing hairs on the hand before. for the arms and legs though..exfoliate. exfoliate 3 or 4 times a week especially before shaving. this will remove any dead skin that is preventing the hair from growing through. exfoliate around your knees carefully too. you can buy great exfoliators from any chemist, or salt scrubs. i add some sugar to mine to make extra scrub to remove more. good luck!

There are hair salons that have computers (look them up in the phone book) where they will have your face on the computer and you can try different hairstyles. This will cost more, but it's better than not liking a mohawk and being stuck with it. By the way Mohawks are out!

If you notice that guys are making quick glances down there, then you're skirt is too short.
It should be at the very least, covering your butt while you are standing straight. If it isn't, then it is too short.
Well my trick is the fingertip trick. If the skirt is above your fingertips when you put them beside you, then it is too short.
I like to also lean forward in front of a mirror, if my skirt easily rides up exposing my bum and panties, then I don't wear it any shorter than just covering my butt cheeks. Unless I decide to take my panties off, and be completely naked under my skirt, then I can go a little shorter because then at least your not constantly flashing your panties (which may attract more attention). But being naked like that under such a short skirt you have to be much more careful when walking, specially by anyone close, because they may see quite a bit more.
I totally agree, wearing a sheer micro thong or going pantyless is the only way I can wear a skirt that just covers my bum cheeks when standing. But you do have to be careful when out especially when shopping or on escalators.
