Is doesn't really matter if you do or don't drink on good Friday. A lot of people probably drank alcohol on good Friday to celebrate. We celebrate because Jesus was suffering and it was a good thing that he didn't have to suffer anymore.

Nowadays many egg artists empty their eggs to allow them to last longer; there is no risk of empty eggs cracking, leaking or exploding.

Chocolate eggs can be hollow or solid; I suspect the hollow ones are that way because less chocolate is used, making them cheaper.
