What is conduction forward voltage?
conduction forward voltage is the voltage produced when a diode is connected in forward bias and potential is given across it . when a potential is given across a diode which is connected in forward bias due to repulsion force experinced by the majority charge carriers in p and n type the depletion region gets shrunkn very easily and thus conducton takes place due to the mobility of the charge carriers
A gate has a LOW output when only one of its inputs is HIGH What type of inverting gate is it?
The gate is called EXNOR gate.
its output is high when only one input is high.
the Boolean expression for this gate for two inputs A and B is AB+A'B'

The 89C51 is also known as the AT89C51, which refers to a specific microcontroller from Atmel (now part of Microchip Technology). It is an 8-bit microcontroller based on the Intel 8051 architecture and is commonly used in embedded systems for various applications.
What is the effect of feed back on gain?
A: Number one it provide stability for the amplifier or system. The greater the feedback the greater the stability but less gain. In other words gain is inversely related to feedback
What is the use of 7 and 4 pin in IC741?
power supplies +5v and -5v will be given to 7 and 4 pins respectively,therefore it is used for giving power suppply to ic 741

How do you implement xor gate using multiplexer only?
Assume that the two inputs of the XOR gate are I1 and I2, and that the two inputs of the multiplexer are M1 and M2 and the selection line is S:
Connect I1 to M1
Connect Not(I1) to M2
Connect I2 to S
How To Test An 230vac -230vac Isolation Transformer?
Make sure there is no voltage measured between line of secondary and neutral of primary. I.e. neutral of primary and secondary are not connected by any means.
flow of electrcity is nothing but the flow of electrons from one point to another point ina conductor
Can you improve the voltage level without transformer?
yes, we can incease voltage level by aplifiers.......
Can palladium be used as a power source?
Palladium is a rare white metal used in the manufacture of catalytic converters for vehicles, among other things. It does not contain energy, so can not be used as a power source.
Lets take the basic case of if you have a 2V battery with a resistor going from the positive terminal to the negative one. V = i*R and P = V*i are the two equations that you need to know; solve the first one for i, so i= V/R and sub it into the second equation, so P = V*V/R, or P = V^2/R. Now you can see in this setup, if you double the voltage, the power is multiplied by 4.
What Distortion or unwanted noise in audio signal?
Noises present in audio signal may be of various kinds like environmental noises, transmission noises etc.
How can you tell if the input or output of a logic device is HIGH or LOW?
A: using a multimeter or scope it can be verifies the states of a logic device either as '1' or a '0' which translates to true = hi [volts] = '1' and '0' as low [volts] = '0'. '0' is a false state and '1' is a true state. Must add that the voltmeter will not decipher hi or low if toggling
Can pkp be used on a charlie fire?
Yes, but I would recommend CO2 and from more than 3 feet away i short burst and the base of the fire. First call the fire department for backup. IF you turn the power off first it is more safe. You can call the fire department unplug the device or get to the circuit breaker. If there is a capaciter in the electronics, it can hold thousands of volts of electrcity even with the power off. These capaciters are in old TV's and other electronic things. A Charlie fire is an electrical fire and the condensate from a CO2 and the cold builds up water which conducts electricity. So, small busrt of CO2 and the base of the fire, which is the low part where heat is rising and would be turning black. More than three feet away or the electricity could jump back. Some restaurant kithcens have a build in pasty dust that sprays down for you from a light off station far enough away. Always make sure the aluminium foil is not glogged up by grease. This will cause the pasty dust to spurt on the fire which could force hot grease all over the place. Chefs should always clean these carefully and check them. A lid put on top of a grease fire will stop the fire because of no oxygen and turn the heat off. Be carefull not to spray a grease fire hard. It will only spread the fire all over. You can use an all purpose fire extinguisher, but if you can avoid I would. You should do a test spurt to see how strong the exinquisher is and maybe you can judge how hard to pull the trigger and how far away in order not to spray the grease onto paper towels or kitchen rags. A gas fuel fire is a beta fire and PKP is great for those. Use a sweepng motion at the base careful not to spray the oil or gas from the pressure. So not to close. Water will work with a sweeping motion if you don't have PKP. Again use a sweepng motion and work you way back without splashing the fuel especially if is getting pushed back to a wall. More gentle spray as you get back to a wall with fster sweeps. Be sure the fire does not get around you. Sweep the spray all the way accross the fire. The idea is to separat the oxygen from the fire. A delta fire is metal like magnisium. These have to be smoothered by sand. New BMW car now have magnisium engines. These fire are receivng oxygen from the metal itself and you have to separate the outside oxygen supply and heat of the metal itself. Alpha fires are wood and materials and water works best. Water can be used one an elecrical fire. I was in the Navy as a firefighter and I beleive it is a stream of water 24 feet away can hit less than 24000 volts. Best solution is call the fire department. If you smell sulfer it might be natural gas. Get out of the house or building immediatly. Any spark including a phone can set those off. Call from somewhere else. Pliers can shut the valve off outside and there is tool you can hide outside for that. If you are stuck in a house with a fire stay low. More people die from smoke inhalation than the fire itself. Sad thing is you may be only unconcious while burning to death. You can also tie two sheets together and tie them to a bedboard leg to climb down a second story window. Open the window when you are ready to go. The window open will allow the air to get out and the fire will be drawing more air in from door and window seems. If you suspect a fire and want to try and find it use the back of you hand to check heat from doorknobs. If you have to go in to save you daughter or something. Stand to the side when opening the door if it is hot for a few seconds. If the room is close to 411 degrees opening to door will allow the fire to get oxygen fast and to jump to 411 which causes spontanius combustion and a backdraft. It can even be an explosion. I beleive there is a fold up ladder the fire department can get you for getting out of second story windows. It is a chain ladder or something. I am thinking about trying to get one. And they are supposed to be cheap throughn them.
What fundamental quantity underlies the concepts of voltages and currents?
Voltage is a measurement of the difference in "levels" and current is a measure of "rate of flow"
Let's use heat as an analogy. You may have a large cup of water at room temperature. If you add a teaspoon of boiling water to the cup, heat will be transferred from the 1 teaspoonful of boiling water to the water in the large cup at room temperature. Heat flows from a body at a higher level of temperature to one that is at a lower level of temperature. The quantity of water in the cup which is larger than the quantity in the teaspoon does not dictate the direction in which the temperature flows. Voltage is similar, current always flows from a body at a higher voltage to one that is at a lower voltage.
Another analogy. When you pump gasoline from a gas station, into your car tank, you control the rate of flow by pressing lightly or strongly on the lever at the end of the tube. Initially you press it hard to get the tank filled up, but towards the end you ease on the lever to reduce the rate of flow so that (if you are like me) you can reach a round amount like $40.00 or $45.00 and current is like that, the rate of flow.
Voltage and current are related. Current through a material depends on the diameter of the wire and its resistance.
A 30 Ohm resistor is connected to a 4-V supply How many watts will this resistor have to dissipate?
P = V*I, and V = I * R, so:
P = V^2 / R:
P = 16/30 = ~.5 watts.
