The Gatling gun can be found on super-mutant brutes (there is one on the Washington Monument level). In Fallout 3 who is Captain Ishmael Ashur?
Ishmael Ashur (aka Lord Ashur) was a Brotherhood Of Steel Soldier and part of the contingent of Bos Soldiers sent to the Capital Wasteland to regain communications with the Capital Wasteland chapter of the BoS. The contingent came across the ruins of Pittsburgh on the way to the Capital Wasteland and they decided that it was such a terrible place (The ruins were a terrible place to live; rapists, raiders, slavers, and many other evil creatures terrorised the few good inhabitants, many of which were either sick or dying) that they would purge it of all life. The BoS killed almost all the inhabitants of Pittsburgh (except for a few who they recruited) in an event known as the Scourge. Ashur was buried in rubble by and explosion during The Scourge, the BoS assumed he had died and moved on. Ashur was 'rescued' by some scavengers trying to take his armor. He impressed them (somehow) and brought them all togeather to build a new city named The Pitt.
Ashur recruited raiders and slavers to capture wastelanders. He needed the wastelanders to work in the horrible conditions of new pittsburgh in order to create his haven. It was a necessary evil in his opinion.
Ashur married a raider-scientist named Sandra, and they had a child. Somehow; this cild was immune to radioation; and ever since, Sandra had been working to develop a cure for radiation.
In the DLC The Pitt, the player can choose to help Ashur stop the slaves rioiting, or help the slaves win freedom by kidnapping Ashur's child.

Yes in fact it does! The same exact thing goes for Mr. Tenpenny. Wait until after you save Megaton though. Kill them both on the outside balcony of Tenpenny Tower. This keeps the Megaton settlers from attacking you, and if you are on the balcony it will keep anyone that's at Tennpenny Tower from attacking you.

You'll find Oh Baby next to a dead nightkin during the Qeust Guess Who I Saw Today but if you don't start the Quest Oh Baby will still be there but the nightkin won't.

This is one of the first quests in the game and sets in the story. During your conversation with Trudy, she will mention a man named 'Ringo' staying in the Gas station located at the top of Goodsprings, she will also mention a man named 'Joe Cobb' who is hunting Ringo down. - Good Karma - You go to the Gas station and speak with Ringo, he will tell you to recruit Sunny Smiles and ask around town, you will then get the help of the people of the town against the Powder gangers who are harassing the town. Once this is done, you will have a more good Karma and be Idolised by Goodsprings
- Bad Karma - You can go speak to Joe Cobb, who is located standing against a wall near the bottom of goodsprings, next to a 'out of order' truck. You will speak to him and start the quest Run Goodsprings Run in which you will start an attack on Goodsprings, once this is completed, Goodsprings will remains under Powder ganger rule. Once this is done, you will have worse Karma and be Hated by Goodsprings, yet Accepted by the Powder Gangers.
