The question, as asked cannot be answered because it does not specify where in the world and it does not specify at what level.
I think you should wear a mouthpicee in flag football.
Aproximently 37.6% of people in the world play sports in America on a regular basis.
USFFA Rules do not allow it in the true sense of a sneak where the center touches the ball to the hands of the QB, retains it and runs with it. A player who is behind the scrimmage line may hand the ball forward to a backfield teammate who is also behind that lihe; or to a teamrnate who is also on the scrimmage line when theball was snapped, provided that teammate left the line position, faced his own end line and was at least one yarb behind the scrimmage line when player received the ball... Pe"a/ty; .5 yatds from spot of foul;also, loss of down if by TeamA before team possession changes during a scrimmage down.

In a game of flag football, any receiver is eligible to be thrown to after the ball is hiked. Regular football games have more strict rules, but in flag football, you can throw to anyone.
That line is called the line of scrimmage.
1. Foot speed. That's the most important since its a non-contact sport.
2. You need to be able to get past the defenders by shaking them, that is important.
3. And you need to be able to catch or throw well.
Just look up high school's, middle school's, and optimist clubs and look for their athletics page it will tell you if they have flag football and so on and so forth.
A legal pass is anypass that is thrown from behind the line of scrimmage...the imaginary line across the field where the play began...A player may pitch the ball backward at anytime while beyond the line of scrimmage. Any ball thrown forward beyond the LOS is an illegal pass.
You could try out for a football scholarship (only if your in high school).
If you HAD one (which you dont) i would say about $340.00
When the passer is behind the original line of scrimmage (LOS), to be considered a lateral and not a forward pass, the ball cannot move toward the LOS. If the ball hits the ground or is caught at a position on the field that is further up field than the passer's position at the time he threw the ball, it's a legal forward pass if the passer is behind the LOS and an illegal forward pass if he's beyond the original LOS. For ball carriers behind the LOS, laterals must be parallel to the LOS or travel away from it. Confusion and bad calls frequently occur whenever a player advancing the ball makes an apparent lateral to another player running even with or slightly behind the ball carrier. What appears to be a legal, backward lateral to an even or trailing player may, in fact, be an illegal forward lateral, because the ball may have traveled forward depending upon the passer's speed and forward direction of travel. The position of the ball when it's caught relative to its position when it was thrown is paramount.
