In this flashback, Chandler wanted to seek revenge so he kissed Rachel, who was visiting with Monica at a party. After Rachel passed out, Chandler put her on his bed. However Ross said it was the first time he kissed Rachel, who was on his bed. But as it turns out, Monica was passed out on Ross's bed and thus Ross's first kiss with Rachel, was with Monica.
The latter did not occur on screen, it was told through conversation between Ross, Chandler and Monica.
