Why didn't Natsume tell Mikan about his feelings?
In my opinion, I believe Natsume didn't tell Mikan about his feelings at first because he knew that Ruka was in love with her. At the same time he didn't want to give up on her so he kept it to himself which later on leads Ruka to realize Natsume is in love with Mikan. Ruka gives up on being with Mikan for Natsume and Mikan's sake and Natsume would've done the same thing, so to answer your question I believe he didn't tell her for the same reason Ruka gave up Mikan to Natsume.

Sorry, Gakuen Alice (Academy) Season 2 is not out yet. But there still is hope that Season 2 is going to come out. But I believe that about two years ago, during June, Gakuen Alice (Academy) Season 1 was showing in Vietnam. Why does ruka always has a bunny with him in gakuen Alice?
Since Ruka is an Animal Pheremone Alice, naturally he carries around an animal. Also I think the mangaka gave him a bunny so that he would stand out a little from other characters. I probably couldn't imagine Luca without his pyon. Luca's bunny is also the reason a lot of people in the academy call him Luca-pyon (: Hope this helped :)

In Gakuen Alice (Academy), Mikan Sakura, Natsume Hyuga, and Ruka Nogi, plan to go to the Z's Hideout and get medicine for Hotaru Imai and get Tobita Yu's Alice back. (Tobita Yu is also known as Inchou or the class representative) That happens in the Volumes 6,7, and 8. You will see Mikan Sakura, Natsume Hyuga, and Ruka Nogi look older in Volume 6.
