The people who made the first season have not announced anything about making another season. It still is possible that another season might come out! Though, the chances are low..

well technically they do seeing how mikan's dad was a teacher at the academy and natsume's dad was a student but mikan's dad wasn't around long enough to know natsume was born

In the recent chapters that was released they had a telepathy Alice going on that enabled the two to hear each others thoughts. So as Mikan was about to leave they both said "i Love you" to each other..And later on ruka says he loves her too but supports natsume and mikan. So i think theyre gonna end up together(NatsumexMikan)

The main traitor in Gakuen Alice is Izumi Yukihira. He is a teacher at the academy and is revealed to be working with the enemy organization known as the Elementary School.
Who does Persona love in Gakuen Alice?
He loves Nobara. She is his special person; she helps him stay slightly out of the darkness. When she finally confronts him and runs away from him, it seems in Chapter 127 that he starts to notice that he regrets for treating her the way he was, in fact it seems he is repenting for it.
Nobara unfortunately seems to want nothing to do with Persona (Ray) because of his extremeness and his hatred toward her beloved friend Mikan.
She also seems to have become something of a friend towards Natsume.
But who knows maybe Nobara, in the last chapter before 128, is actually in fact the betrayer. Tt would make sense - get Nobara to do something against her will, bend things and here say that she would get something out of it, (a friend who is a girl in the dangerous ability class), and then tell her to act like everything she is doing to Persona is an act of betrayal and an asset to Mikan and friends.
I don't know if that seems right but anyways that is my own personal thoughts. Actually I really don't want it to be Nobara; I would really hate for it to be Hotaru but she also seems like a fairly strong candidate so does Noddachi.

Luna is a new transfer student in Mikan's class. Her introduction started with her wanting to sit next to Natsume, but Mikan is in the seat she desires. Luna coughs viciously, so Mikan gets up from her seat, which is when Natsume grabs her arm and says, "What are you doing? I'm the one that gets to decide who sits besides me. So Mikan, stay here." Everyone is surprised at what Natsume says, but then Luna coughs out blood, so Natsume had no choice but to let Luna sit next to him. She is currently a member of the Dangerous Ability Division and holds a grudge on Mikan's mother. Luna was sent to awaken Mikan's stealing Alice, and uses her Alice to turn everyone against her. In the manga series it appears that Mikan ended up stealing Lunas Alice when Mikan was forced to join the dangerous ability's class.
