No there isn't. There is a Heart no Kuni no Alice manga, and a Joker no kuni no Alice manga. There is only a Clover no kuni no Alice GAME. And Joker JUST came out, so it'll be a while before it's translated into english.

You really can't exactly go online or use a book with the manga in it to find out how to draw the eyes because it's Tachibana's own style of drawing eyes. Most people try to draw the eyes exactly like the characters depicted but instead they end up with a whole another way that they highly dislike. If you want a good hint; try giving the eyes the same look but curve it with your own technique. Look at NAtsume's eyes and then draw it without tutorials. That's the best way that you can draw eyes. However if you want to draw them exactly then draw the eyebrows first, the lids second, the outline third and then go down with that whole way; it's taking small steps you do one lid on the left and then draw it on the right and you just keep doing one thing and doing it on the same side. In episode 19 of GA mikan finds herself in the position of the play, its really different from the manga and ends up at a uncomfortable scene. She has to kiss Ruka in order for the play to officially end. She feels bad cuz if she doesnt then she will ruin the play so she whispers. "Luca-pyon?" and he opens his eyes and she says im sorry. then she bends over and there noses touch and then natsume throws a apple at mikan. (curse him!) MIKAN AND RUKA FOREVER!! and also ruka kisses her on the cheek in ch 48 or something.

Mikan's real birthday is unknown, but according to some people, it would end up sometime in May because of the difference between Natsume and her age. I suspect it might be May 4th because that is the day Alice goes through the looking glass, and this manga is based slightly off of that.

The Mask Part: Natsume wore a mask to hide his face from Mikan (although I've forgotten why, hehe, sorry!), but that is the mask of a competitor in the race, so he had to go join the race. The rules of the race is to 'borrow' a person that best describes what is written on the paper you get, so Natsume got a "The person you loved" . He 'borrowed' Mikan and finished the race.

The Hugging Part: Luna wants Natsume to say nasty things about Mikan, so Mikan would hate Natsume(he did that cus Luna threatened him). So Natsume said that Mikan was an 'eye sore' in front of many people and Mikan accidentally heard it. Mikan starts to run away, sad, and Natsume realised that Mikan heard him, so he chased after her. When he caught up to her, he wore the mask and hugged her. After that, he sprints away.

He also seems to have Telepathy cuz Mikan was able to hear thoughts and feel feelings after putting his stone into himself. so does that mean he has four???
