WikiSky will be unable to map all the 100 billion galaxies in the universe considering that there are most likely more than 100 billion galaxies.

The Andromeda galaxy (M31) has in recent years been found to have an extended range of faint stars previously unseen, giving the galaxy an overall diameter of about 220,000 light years (~67.5 parsecs). This was roughly three time previous estimates.

What proves difficult in pegging a specific diameter is that galaxies do not have hard edges. The field of stars dwindles in density somewhat gradually. We have to define at what density of stars is a location no longer within the body of a galaxy. This definition would be rather arbitrary and could vary from person to person.

Empty space - there is a hypothetical probability that the spaces between stellar objects can be filled with "dark matter".

It isn't "in a galaxy". Aquarius is a constellation, which is basically a direction in the sky.

Aries is a constellation, a perceived arrangement of stars in the night sky. The constellation Aries is merely a PATTERN; it isn't anything real.

The stars that make up the pattern are all in the Milky Way galaxy.

There is no definite size, as anything on this scale and distance is liable to change and distortion.

However, it has generally been estimated that the Virgo Supercluster is at least 110 million light years across.

For comparison our Galaxy is only 100,000 light years across and the Sun is only 8 light minutes from us.

Let's say we want to measure the distance between objects A and B. First, we measure the distance from the Earth(point E) to these objects(using Doppler-shifts).Then, we measure the angle AEB.We now know the lengths of two sides, and the angle between them. That's how we find the distance AB.

A star that explodes is called a supernova.

It was first observed by Chinese astronomers in 1054 AD, but given it's (estimated) distance from earth of 3,600 light years, the actual explosion would have taken place 3,600 years earlier, or around 2,500 BC.

It really doesn't make sense to talk about a constellation being inside or outside the Milky Way. A constellation is, roughly speaking, a general direction in space. This general direction goes all the way to infinity... or however far our Universe goes. There are objects in this general direction both within and outside our Milky Way.

The coordinates for the Andromeda Galaxy are 00h 42.44m 30s, +41° 16′ 10″

Because - in most cases - they are moving away from us.

However, the Andromeda Galaxy is blue shifted showing it is moving towards us.

No, The name of our galaxy is the milky way Galaxy. The are many other galxies like the milky way, because it is a sprial galaxy, and there are billions upon billions of of spriral galxaxies.

Dust clouds or just Dust

Since there is no evidence of intelligent life beyond Earth an accurate answer does not exist. However seeing as intelligent life is possible, I can narrow the likelyhood of intelligent life in our galaxy to be between 0 and 100%.

They dont become larger they become farther apart from other galaxies

7 point stars have been known to exist in the world. 5 point stars have been far more common though.
