Is there no sure way to safely catch a gecko?

well it depends on your definition of "safely." do you mean safe for the gecko, disease wise for you or the gecko, or are you concerned the gecko will bite you? if the gecko is wild, there is usually not a big chance for disease passing from the gecko to you, although you could pass a disease to the gecko, but it's unlikely...if your scared the gecko will bite you, well, it probably wont break the skin so there's really nothing to worry about there:)

Yes that's exactly what is happening. Spiders are nasty creatures and keep them alive and feed off of them. Get the baby gecko out and kill that spider. Spiders will wrap up anything in their web but that's a cruel fate for something so sweet like a gecko.

Why do pet leopard geckos poop in their water bowl?

Do you have sand in your tank? They usually poop on sand. If you do have sand, is it covered by something else? Like moss? If so, you should make a little space in the corner where the gecko can poop. All they need is a little space, and the poop will always end up there. Unless you forget to take out the poop. Then it will be somewhere else.

Yes, a crested gecko can be fed bananas but as a treat. Bananas contain a lot of natural sugars and can become very addicting to your gecko. Be sure that a fruit/smoothie mix is not a stable source of diet. Crested geckos should only be offered fruit and smoothies as a weekly/monthly treat. Smoothies should always be supplemented properly before being fed to the animals. MRP (meal replacement powder) is the readily available source of food for crested geckos.
