you can not disturb the ghost or not touch any of its things from when it was alive such as a house. if u move into a house that was once lived in and the demon or spirit or "ghost", you may have trouble becoming friends with the spirit. but if you respect the spirit, youmay become its friend.

typically you could see ghost in the hospitals because this is the last building they stop their breathing, in other words, they die here.

Iditarod is an abandoned town in the Yukon-Koyukyuk area of Alaska. It's name is derived from it's location, as it sits along the Iditarod River. In 1908 gold was found along Otter Creek, a tributary of the Iditarod River. This caused a surge of wealth seekers to flock to the area in the summer of 1909. After more gold was found in the vicinity in 1910 the city of Iditarod was founded (at it's current location) as a head of navigation for all surrounding gold fields. Iditarod quickly became a bustling boomtown, with hotels, cafés, brothels, three newspapers (only one would last the year), a Miners and Merchants Bank, a mercantile store, electricity, telephones, automobiles, and a light railway. By 1930 nearly all of the gold was gone, & the town's inhabitants quickly followed suit (taking most of the buildings with them). Today only one cabin & a handful of other ruins remain (including the concrete vault from the Miners & Merchants Bank). Aside from attracting tourists, Iditarod is now best known as the halfway point along the southern route of The 'Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race'.

ghosts contact humans because they want to see what a living soul does. some angry spirits come to humans to abuse them just because they are dead and you are not. restless spirits come to humans for partial help or direction to why it died, how to get to heaven, etc. most spirits are different from themselves, yet most claim to be angry and restless spirits both at the same time. this means that they either call to you so that they can physically harm you, or they physically harm you to get attention so that you can help them. either way, these are all why ghosts contact humans.

we can call spirits with an ouija board its very dangerous to do it because bad spirits may enter your body and may kill you

Well nobody really invented ghost. A ghost is a spirit of someone who has died.

I take it you ask this because of Edenbridge's song The Canterville Prophecy. As far as I'm aware there was no actual "prophecy" in the Canterville Ghost story, but that beautiful song pretty much describes what had to be done in order for Sir Simon de Canterville to be able to rest in peace. Simon de Canterville was a ghost who haunted "Canterville Chase", a country house in which an American family had recently moved. Over the centuries Sir Simon had scared any occupants away, but this family was not afraid of the ghost no matter what, and they discarded him and ignored him. The twins of the family, two small children, often played pranks on him making his attempts to scare them backfire. The only one who doesn't discard him and actually talks to him is the 15yr old daughter of the family. Sir Simon tells her that he cannot pass on and explains the tragic fate of his wife to her. Then (and here's what the lyrics are based on) , he tells her that she must weep for him because he himself doesn't have any tears, she must pray for him because he has no faith, and ultimately must come with him to the Angel of Death and beg him to have mercy on Sir Simon. She helps him, does the things he asked and Sir Simon passes on, while Virginia learns an important lesson of what Life is, what Death signifies, and why Love is stronger than both.
