There are many ways to contact a spirit. The most famous one is the Ouija. (Oh my god! NO THE OUIJA!) It can be safe. You can contact many spirits through Ouija. Never let many opinions get to you. It can be dangerous but if you feel you can't stay calm and brave! then I suggest don't go near a Ouija board. Don't even think about spirits because it will arouse your curiosity. Always before using a Ouija board to know what to ask and to go straight to goodbye if you feel uncomfortable. Flip the board when you are done.

Many believe that they have an unfinished duty and need help getting to either heaven or hell. I believe that they love a certain item and are stuck in that item when they die. some are residual which means they do something over and over weather people are there or not. poltergeists know that you are there and sometimes wish to interact.

Yes it is possible. I have heard many many ways but the one I think would work is burning white sage in your house. My friend did that and paranormal activity stopped afterwards. I also know exorcisms work but they are not reccomended, because the person who is performing the exorcism can get possessed. Thus being very scary or fatal so I would recommend trying white sage.

You proceed to ask yes or no questions only to the spirit, you can say if the answer if yes, please move my (insert object here) if the answer is no keep it still. But make sure you have contacted a spirit first, and they are willing to talk, or else all your answers will become a big no.
