there is a small round reservoir on drivers side of engine compartment right below the back of the hood.

Unbolt the housing
Replace t stat
Clean housing
Install new gasket
Bolt together.
I'm pretty sure the fuel pump fuse is under the hood in the fuse and relay center located in a small black box on the drivers side. its a tight spot but can be acessed. its mounted right next to the inside of the fender or quarter panel
Usually in a removable housing at the engine end of the upper radiator hose
