b. Relief
Except when the ball is in a water hazard or a lateral water hazard, a player may take relief from interference by an immovable obstruction as follows:
(i) Through the Green: If the ball lies through the green, the player must lift the ball and drop it, without penalty, within one club-length of and not nearer the hole than the nearest point of relief. The nearest point of relief must not be in a hazard or on a putting green. When the ball is dropped within one club-length of the nearest point of relief, the ball must first strike a part of the course at a spot that avoids interference by the immovable obstruction and is not in a hazard and not on a putting green.
Who has heard of an mgc 35 mizuno titanium golf club?
I have, it was the first all titanium set of irons, Mizuno released them in 1989. When I first began to play golf around 1992, I bought these mgc-35 clubs from a local golf pro for $200.00. I was so excited. The graphite shafts with titanium heads made me feel like I was setting the technology trend. The heads even had lead tape on the back and I thought that contributed to higher loft. Well, 18 years later I'm still playing these clubs. Every time I say I'm gonna finally buy new clubs I shot in the 70's. (I'm normally in the mid-80's) Is it time to change clubs?
The rules do not specify the procedure for such an occurance. But you would be allowed to remove the bird, if you could bring yourself to do it.
Is there a count back rule in golf?
Yes, if two or more players are tied on a similar score the order of deciding who wins is best back 9, 6,3,2 then 1. If players are still tied after this another way can be used, and in this rare event it is usually drawing lots. In professional golf however, there is no count back and a playoff is often used.
Why are 2 way chippers golf clubs against the rules?
Simply because clubs with 'two striking faces' are against the rules. R and A and USGA both agree this.

Neither. A golfer applies his or her exact handicap index to a formula which determines their course handicap for the specific course and set of tees that they're playing. The course handicap for each competitor is used. Those are expressed in whole numbers so no rounding is involved.

Yes. distance marker posts may be removed if impeding your swing or the direction of your shot.
If you are in general play i.e not a competition you can do this. But, if you are in a competition there would the lady would receive a two shot penalty for teeing off from outside the teeing area. She would be disqualified if she teed off on the next hole without correcting her mistake. (That is, tee off from the proper tee, it will be her third shot)

How many points is an eagle worth in golf?
There are a number of games played in golf. Match Play with player against player or pairs against pairs. Most match play games are stroke play which means you match strokes against strokes. All the professional games seen on television are stroke play.
In the Tournament games the players play stroke play and attempt to get the lowest number of strokes in the game to win.
The other type of play is Stableford. In this games you score points. Where you score points is dependant on how you play each hole. Scoring is as follows. Par is worth 2 points, a birdy (1 under par) is 3 points, an eagle (2 under Par) 4 points, a rare albatross (3 under par) is 5 points. A hole in one on a par three hole equals 3 points. It is possible on a short part 4 to get an eagle is worth 4 points. One over par, a bogey, is 1 point. However the scoring changes when you take handicaps into play. For example a player with a handicap of say 20 would receive an extra shot for all holes with stroke indexes 3 to 18 and two additional strokes on the holes with stroke indexes of 1 and 2. Each hole has a stroke index dependant on its difficulty. If say hole 6 is a par 4 hole and is stroke index 1 and you are a 20 handicap player, you get two extra shots. So if you play the hole in five actual shots you would get one under par in five shots for 3 points. A player with a handicap of 6 only gets extra shots on indexes 1 to 6. It sounds complicated but becomes easy when used.

Is an out bounds stake permanent?
I believe you are enquiring to whether an out of bounds stake may be removed from the ground if it interferes with your line of play. The answer is no, it may not be removed as it marks the boundary of the course, you must leave it in the ground, or take a penalty drop if you so wish.
What is the new rules of the groove rule in golf?
From the start of the 2010 season, Golfers on the professional tours had to have clubs with conforming grooves in their bag. The rule is simple, the grooves must be v shaped, and not u shaped. U shaped grooves give a lot more spin, therefore the governing bodies wanted to put a premium on driving and stop players getting crazy spin out of thick rough. The new wedges actually spin more than the old ones from the middle of the fairway, but far less to not at all from the rough.
The major talking point is, Phil Mickelson and other players used a wedge with u grooves, this was the Ping eye 2 manufacturer around 1990. It allows a more lofted club to be used and give the players more control over the ball. The high lofted 62 and 64 degree wedges are virtually redundant with v grooves as the ball is unpredictable and can slide up the face. Ping had a law suit with the USGA, and the Ping eye 2 is passed for play, and so still conforms to the new rule.
From 2014 high level amateur golfers will have to use v grooves and from 2024 club golfers will have to use v grooves, although these dates are subject to change.

Do you get a penalty for throwing the ball in the stands?
Well, being that you have this categorized in Golf and Baseball, I'm not quite sure which one you're talking about.
In Baseball, there is no penalty for throwing the ball in the stands.
In Golf, you should be forced to stand still while the fans beat the crap out of you, but I don't know the real rule, however, I am willing to bet that if you throw a golf ball at any time you would be penalized because you're not supposed to move it with anything other than a club.
Stroke index is where the holes on a golf course are ranked in order of difficulty. 1 being the hardest and 18 being the easiest. One 9 will have all the even stroke indexes and the other will have all the odd stroke indexes, this ensures the shots are distributed equally.
If your handicap is 9, you get a shot on all the holes ranked 1-9 in the stroke index.
