When Niko goes to the "B" marker on the map in Algonquin, he finds the Infernus.
The Infernus is a difficult car to find on the streets of Liberty City, but occasionally you seem them parked up. But of course when you drive Niko around in his own Infernus, you will see them spawned in traffic here and there.
If you keep the Infernus gift on a safehouse parking spot, at least Niko can use it when he wants, and repair it if he needs to.
2) In one of Stevie's requests to find a vehicle, there is a gold Infernus. When Niko finds it, don't take it to Stevie's garage, but take it to a safehouse parking space, stash and save. The gold Infernus Stevie wants will respawn and Niko can go and get it again and take it to Stevie's garage.

Playing video games does not effect lives in a bad way at all. If someone is playing GTA and decided to run some people over in real life, they are mental ill and always was. A game may trigger someone off to kill in real life yes, but its not brought on by a video game, like I said, they have to be mentally ill to even act what they play on a video game.
On the news 1 day, they said that Manhunt (the video game) made a kid kill another kid. They banned the game and tried banning other games like GTA. What the news didn't say is that he was getting bullied and being depressed, meaning that he could be mentally ill from all the things happening and meaning that Manhunt triggered him off to recreate what he does on the game. Oh, and he was under age!

I'm assuming that you have the GTA 4 disk inserted in, but you want to play one of the DLCs. In which case, simply insert your Episodes of Liberty City disk into the console and load from there
