Michelle (lives in Broker)
After the early mission, Three's A Crowd, Michelle will become Niko's girlfriend. She will call Niko for the first date, which is interrupted due to another mission coming up, but he can still go to her house and collect her after that and continue to date her. Michelle has a hidden agenda, which will become apparent at the end of the mission, The Snow Storm. After that, she and Niko will no longer be an item.
Kate McCreary (lives in Broker)
Kate is one of the McCreary family, who Niko will become involved with throughout the game. After the mission, Waste Not Want Knots, her brother Packie will call Niko and ask him to call Katie, because she doesn't get out much. Kate does not consider her time with Niko as "dates", but tells him that she just wants to be a friend. However, she is the most important girlfriend that Niko will have in the game, and her fate will be decided towards the end, when Niko will have an important decision to make about his future.
After the mission, Out Of The Closet, these three girlfriends can become available via the internet:
Carmen Ortiz - "SoBoHoe" (lives in Bohan)
Carmen can be found on love-meet.net on the computer. After Carmen becomes Niko's girlfriend, she has a useful special ability whereby Niko can call her to obtain a health boost.
Kiki Jenkins - "Law Chick" (after the island of Algonquin is unlocked)
Kiki can be found on love-meet.net. Her special ability is to help Niko get cleared from up to a 2 star wanted.
Alex Chilton - "Liberated Woman" (after the island of Algonquin is unlocked)
Alex can be found on craplist.net. Her special ability is to offer Niko a 50% discount on clothes purchased.

How do you get a helicopter in Grand Theft Auto 4?
Yes you can fly a helicopter from the airport, although you cannot fly planes, it is risky getting helicopter out of airport without being shot by the police. There are a couple of helicopters, The one at the Airport is the Anihilator (Apache), and at the Police station you can get Police helicopters (equivalent of "Maverick"), and at the helicopter tours place you can get the normal Maverick (No police decals)

There are various things that Niko can pick up and throw in GTA IV; things like mobile phones, cameras, rocks and bricks, and....coffee cups. He doesn't seem to be able to pick up things like discarded hot dogs and the shopping that some of the peds drop. The nearest you can get to throwing food seems to be the full cups of coffee peds sometimes drop when Niko bumps into them. You can get him to pick these up and throw them at the litter dropping ped. It usually clips them on the back of the head, and they either run away or throw a punch at Niko.
You don't have to have played GTA IV before EFLC, but I would recommend it. It gives you so much more background to what is going on, and I think when you have played GTA IV and enjoyed it, it makes EFLC even better and certainly more interesting. This is only a personal recommendation though.

No. But you get something for completing the Drug Wars side missions, as follows:
10 Drug Wars complete: the .44 is delivered to the safehouse
20 Drug Wars complete: the advanced MG is delivered to the safehouse
30 Drug Wars complete: the explosive Shotgun is delivered to the safehouse
40 Drug Wars complete: the sticky Bombs are delivered to the safehouse
50 Drug Wars complete: the gold SMG is delivered to the safehouse
Also, on completion of Yusuf Amir's missions, you eventually get access to the Buzzard helicopter, his Super Drop Diamond car and a gold SMG.

UPDATED NOTE: I have just realised that you must have been in the beginning stages of the game when Niko had an old mobile phone which just features "Multiplayer", this was before Roman gave him his first proper mobile phone very early in the game, and before he eventually gets a better mobile phone from Playboy X. I hope you were not confused by my first answer.
This is how things should happen on the mobile in GTA IV (PS3):
For Niko's cell phone on GTA IV (for the PS3): If you click up once on the directional button you get the "Whiz" screen. Then press "X" to get the main menu screen, which lists:
Phonebook (listing short dial for friends and associates)
Messages (showing any text messages received)
Organizer (for appointments etc.)
Camera
Multiplayer
Options (for changes to Ringtone, Keypad tone, Sleep Mode)
SIXAXIS Tutorial
Press "X" to select the required item.
If you want Niko to dial a number, including cheat codes, press the directional button upwards twice, and you will get the blank screen ready for number input. Use the directional button to go to the numbers you require, pressing "X" to select each number, then select the telephone icon on the left hand side to ring that number

In Grand Theft Auto IV should you let Draco live?
Depending on whether you kill Darko or let him live, it will change the conversations Niko has with Roman and Bernie afterwards. But that's about it. No real change otherwise.
It you kill Darko, Niko spectacularly shoots him with his combat pistol, with one bullet for every one of this comrades betrayed and killed.
