There is no place to lower your car, but there is a glitch to do just that. You will need a gun (preferably an SMG of some sort). Shoot JUST BEHIND any wheel (on the metal behind it) on the car. After a few bullets, the car's frame will lower as if the tire was popped, but the tire is fully functional. This can be done with any vehicle, and you can lower all four for a classic lowrider style (similar to the Voodoo). Just make sure you can escape the cops afterwards!
