once you complete the few missions in the InterGlobal Films on Prawn Island it will spawn on the jetty next to InterGlobal Films, it is quite tricky i found turning the sea plane around slowly and then picking speed up and slowly pulling back to take off was the trick but it can stall quite a lot of the time.

There is no cheat code for helicopter.You can get helicopter while playing the game.The helicopters are available at different places.Police station helipad near fire station downtown.Army Fort near the airport.Helipad on top of Diaz's home.

you can get the limo if you complete the celebrity challenge (you don't get to keep it or buy it, it will show up like a taxi does) or you will get the limo if your Sim has a famous job (ex. leader of the free world, music- one of the top music like rockstar, ect.)

There is no such cheat code that allow you to complete the game in gta vice city.You can do that by having a 100% saved game files from internet and pasting it into the folder GTA Vice city user files in my documents.

their is no cheat for a helicopter the only cheats for vehicles in the game is for a tank and a trash master if you want a helicopter just go to the second island go to the police station get on the roof and you'll find a sniper and a police helicopter

Head to your nearest safe house and when inside tap the sofa to save game then select a slot and save. You can also save the game in your P.D.A. under Personal and when the game is reloaded you will be delivered to the nearest safehouse available.

mate, there is no cheat codes for a hunter u have to comlete the story missions and then it is still hidden in the escobar inter. airport in first island it is towards the left of the airport go on youtube for vids of were it is.

the military copter is bulletproof , shoots unlimited missiles , auto lock on machine gun

also of u unlock 2nd island u can get police helis on top of some of the stations, just go to the back and look for stairs upwads and hire some people and they shoot out at people

After completing some missions the dock near the colonel's boat will be unlocked and you will be able to get the boats from there.

You cannot actually skip that mission or any other mission.You might not be able to do that mission better use the trainer to freeze time while doing the mission.Use pizza dox trainer.

If you want to skip it then you can download a saved file from that mission.

yo there is no infinite ammo cheat instead just do the money cheat and buy the guns or do the gun cheat alot the money cheat is UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, X, X, L1, R1 and i dont think there is any unlimited ammo cheats there is no unlimited ammo cheat but you do apparently get infinite ammo for 100% completion i recommend the money cheaat strategy or using the weapon cheats alot

there is a red small plane in the viceport but there are no cheats for that

You cannot unlock the pole position club by yourself.You rather need to complete the mission Shakedown so that it unlocks.You need to complete all the missions till then.

If you have the game files in the USB then you just need to copy the files in the Computer Hard drive.You can then run the game application.

If the USB have the installer then run the installer and follow the instruction of the installer and have it installed.You are done !

the hunter army helecopter can be obtained by using an in-game cheat or by acheving all golds at the flying academy. it will spawn at your airstrip.
