A unique costume doesn't have to be something hard or expensive. You just need something that someone else might not think of. Here are some ideas that I have come across: a highway, twister game, matchstick, tornado, cat burglar, kissing booth, ice queen.

One could be Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz and the other could be the Scarecrow, Tin Man or Cowardly Lion. The dog, of course, would be Dorothy's dog, Toto.

Take a trip to Africa. Kill a Tiger, and then fend of the rest of the pack. Then nuke the area where you got the tiger so that you can't get tracked. Take the insides out of the tiger and roll in them. You'll get the smell. Then throw the insides at your neighbor. Take the skin of the tiger and put it on. Scare the hell out of your neighbors, then eat your neighbors. Wallah a tiger costume.

Try wearing all black (or whatever color you want your costume to be), paint whiskers on your face, and find some ears to put on your head, (they look like crowns with ears). And That'll be a convincing outfit.

Try any costume store a good one. Why not some of the more exotic cats such as a Black Panther, various species of Tiger (including Siberian and Grey) and so on.
