Yes, Halo Reach does have a Forge mode, it's found in the main menu.

Further information:

Scroll down in the main menu until you see the Forge option, select it, and you will be able to choose which map you wish to edit by selecting a map, you then make sure that you have put the setting on basic editing so you can use the Forge editor, then have fun playing with the forge!

the hard way is to shoot it alot which doesnt work alot .

one of the easy ways is to stick a couple plasma grenades to its leg (you probobley need 3-4)

the other way that is easy and which i find the most helpfull is go up to its but and melee its. this works great and after one mellee you hear it say like ungh and its loses some armor. THESE TECHNIQUES WORK GREAT IN ALL HALO GAMES.

elites and Spartans are both very powerful being in the universe but if i had to pick i would say the elites are better because they are faster, stronger, can jump higher and have more health. i am not bringing this from no where. i was told by a bungie employee about the fundementals

Technically, Elites and Spartan players are evenly matched. All depends on the player. The person's ability to use the weapons given to both species to the best of their abilites are what will win the day. Elites are bigger targets, though, so they are easier to hit. Spartans are weaker health-wise because they can't regenerate HP. Again, it's all on the player.

half-way through). When Cortana says "That's quite a welcome party," Banshees will start to attack you. Make sure you save at least ONE Banshee.

Kill the Wraiths and enter the tunnel, firing at the Banshee as you go. (Note: If you equip a Human Weapon, and a Covenant Weapon.
