in multiplayer they respawn by themselves, but in forge press up on the dpad and press "x" and use right bumper to go to vehicles and find 'scorpian' press 'a' then 'a' again to put it down. in campaign, it comes when people deliver them, which happens only twice...you should know this...READ THE MANUAL AND BE NORMAL!!!!!

You can carry it around all the time if you want, but you don't need to. once you got the hold of one, you can activate it by pressing x on the campaign page and the ones that you've found will be glowing. press on them and they will low brighter to show that they are in effect.

In my opinion, it's only a matter of time. Maybe a year or so, till the h3 hype dies down and they can profit more by selling it for the PC without it taking away from 360 sales.
