As stated above it is an opinion. Depending on what gameplay you like, art style, map themes, and more you could love one and hate the other. I agree with the previous poster, Halo: Reach looks very promising featuring Spartan IIs, not the Master Chief. You run with an entire squad instead of on your own, and there are female spartans. As well as major graphics and SFX overhaul, the game looks to be superb at this point.
