Yes. Not only can dwarf hamsters sleep in your hands, other hamsters can, too. I have had a hamster, Butterscotch, and she slept in my hands, If you are very calm and quiet, sure! They'll sleep in your hands. Unless they aren't sleepy of course:)

Yes you can! You would have to be very gentle with your hamster and make sure that the clothes fit! And the hamster will not enjoy that while you dress them and they may bite you!

There are high intensity/high power UltraViolet lights which can be produced to kill microorganisms using UVA radiation. these are being adopted in water treatment plants because it doesnt leave any harmful chemicals such as chlorine in the water. but these are thousands of dollars each, and would burn your skin from direct exposure. (very different from black lights)
