Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

When Harry Potter was a baby, he survived because Lily died for her son and love is a very powerful form of magic. Lord Voldemort, who never understood love, failed to realise this and tried to kill Harry anyway - resulting in the spell backfiring.

Harry survived in his first year once again because of this love. Quirrel could not touch him when Lord Voldemort was sharing his soul.

He escaped the graveyard because their wands joined and it gave him a chance to make it back to the graveyard.

At the ministry he escaped because Albus Dumbledore arrived.

During the seventh book Harry avoided Lord Voldemort a few times: at the wedding Hermione along with Ron and Harry apparated away before they were captured. The same also happened at Bathilda Bagshot's house, but it was a much closer call.

During the final battle, Voldemort gave Harry an hour to surrender himself to Voldemort in the forest. After watching Snape's memories Harry realised that he had to die for Voldemort to be destroyed, and so he gave himself up.

There, Voldemort tried to kill him by using the Killing Curse. However, Harry didn't die because inside him is a piece of Voldemort's soul, which makes Harry a Horcrux. By attacking Harry with the Killing Curse Voldemort killed the piece of soul inside Harry.

During the last duel, it was revealed that as Draco Malfoy was the one who overpowered Dumbledore before he died, he was the true owner of the Elder Wand, which is the wand Voldemort is currently using. As Harry overpowered Draco a few weeks back, that makes Harry the true owner of the Elder Wand. And so, when Voldemort tried to kill Harry (again) using the Elder Wand, it flew up because it would not kill its master.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban game was released for the PC and the Playstation 2. It was created by EA Games, and they do not offer it as a download. Since they do not license it as such, then it would be illegal to obtain it in this manner.

In the Quidditch match, Slytherin is ahead by 200 points. So Harry being the Seeker, must only catch the Snitch when Gryffindor is ahead by 80 points or more, because if Harry catches the Snitch, the game ends, and they get 150 points, which would put them below Slytherin for the Quidditch Cup.

The third novel in the Harry Potter series written by J.K. Rowling is titled Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. In the United States version, it contains 22 chapters and is 435 pages long. The UK version is 317 pages.

Because the Whomping Willow destroyed his old broomstick and he needed a new one to play Quidditch {did I spell that right?}

Because Sirius had missed so many of Harry's birthdays, he wanted to make up for it by giving him a good broomstick.

The first chapter is entitled 'Owl Post'.

Through his narration Harry Potter tells the reader how he how is a very unusual boy who hates the summer holidays and really wants to do his homework. Harry is struggling to do his homework at the dead of night without the Dursley's hearing him.

Harry summarises the past two years of his life, discusses the Dursley's and his friends. He then flashes back to Ron's attempt at phoning him which resulted in a lot of shouting and Harry believing that Hermione had been warned not to phone.

Harry realises it is past midnight and he has just turned thirteen. He stands by the window and notices three owls flying towards him.

One of them brings his Hogwarts letter and a permission slip to go to Hogsmeade. For his birthday Hagrid sends Harry the 'Monster Book of Monsters' which he has to tie up with a belt. Ron sends him a Pocket Sneakoscope that lights up when there is danger and a newspaper article which shows the whole Weasley family in Egypt. He also informs Harry that Percy was made Head Boy and invites him to meet up in Diagon Alley the week before term starts. Hermione, who is in France, has sent him a broomstick servicing kit.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is worth 33 AR points.

Technically, James himself didn't save them. READERS BEWARE: SPOILERS CONTAINED FROM THE END OF HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF AZKABAN! Through the use of Hermione's Time Turner, Harry traveled back three hours to save Sirius from being executed by the Ministry of Magic by the dementor's kiss. After saving Buckbeak from execution by decapitation, and after escaping from the werewolf form of Remus Lupin, Harry and Hermione headed to Hagrid's deserted hut (Hagrid having gone off for a drink). Harry, who had witnessed being saved by the dementors by a stranger with a four-legged Patronus whom he believed to be his father, James, went off to see him appear and save his past self and Sirius. When it was almost too late, Harry realized that he hadn't seen his father, but himself (since Harry was the spitting image of his father, save his eyes, which came from his mother, Lily). He conjured the Patronus and chased off the dementors, and when the creature returned to him, he saw that it was a stag. He had been informed a few hours earlier that to maintain their friendship to Remus, his three closest friends Peter Pettigrew, Sirius Black, and James Potter, became Animagi, each with a nickname corresponding to their animal, with Remus as Moony, Peter as Wormtail (rat), Sirius as Padfoot (large black dog), and James as Prongs. Harry realized at that moment that his Patronus took the form of a stag since it was his father's animal. END SPOILERS! So, to summarize, it was actually Harry who saved Harry and Sirius from the dementors, with James only appearing via Harry's Patronus.

It was actually planted much earlier, to allow Sirius Black to go to school (as a path to the shrieking shack.)

It was actually planted to keep people from getting to the Shrieking Shack, as going under the tree was the only way to get there. It was meant to keep people from getting to Moony, aka Professor Lupin, who as we all know is a werewolf. It was to keep people from getting to him when he was at school and when he turned, as well as, to keep him from getting to other people. I think the third book tells you this.

Oh...and i almost forgot, I think it was actually enchanted during James', Sirius', and Lupin's years at Hogwarts.

I dont think he ever gave anyone detention

The rising action is when Lupin, Sirius, Harry, Ron, Hermiony, Snape, and Petter Petigrew come out of the secret passageway under the whomping willow. The moon comes out (a full moon) causing Lupin to transform into his true form (a wearwolf). Sirius then scares him away to protect Harry, Ron and Hermiony. Sirius then chases after Lupin to keep him away from everyone while he is in this dangerous form.

He was actually a fake; not the real Alastor Moody, but was Barty Crouch Jr who had taken the Polyjuice Potion to look like him.

At school Sirius was one of the four Marauders, his best friend were James Potter, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew.

After Peter betrayed Sirius was no longer his friend. James was dead and Remus thought that Sirius was the reason why. However once his name was cleared Remus and Sirius became friends again.
