actually they are not all that rich they make just enough to pay the record companies and producers and enough to support their families and themselves on tour.

I think this song is about nuclear war. why? because lines like "I will not die in the night, but in the light of the sun" people who have lived through bombings like Hiroshima say it looked like the sun exploded. the skylights on top of the world being airplanes, dropping bombs. but i feel the whole song is about apocalyptic signs. saying its the end of the world and what not. just my opinions
