Why do people sneeze when walk into bright sunlight?

That is because of how some people's nerves are routed. For some, the optic nerves are very close to the vagus nerve and may even share the same nerve sheath. The vagus nerve is what controls the heart, lungs, diaphragm, part of the vocal folds, and digestive tract. A sneeze is a spasm of the diaphragm. So when a very strong stimuli passes through the optic nerve, some crosstalk may occur and stimulate the vagus nerve, causing a spasm of the diaphragm and the sudden expulsion of air through the lungs and out the mouth. So if the mouth or lungs have anything in them at the time, it comes out along with the air, and thus saliva and possibly phlegm go everywhere.

Why do some people remain calm in emergencies while other panic or are in shock?

I find in strange how in emergencies i remain calm while others are either in shock or panic. Last year i was in an accident and nearly passed out from the intense pain, yet, i remained calm, immediately giving instructions to a family member on what to do and how to help me. Another time, years ago, a family member injured themself and immediately i went into a certain kind of state where i was helping to stop the bleeding, ordering others on what to do, and those two people were in a state of shock, the other in panic. I never wondered about it until now, what causes people to remain calm and clear thinking during emergencies, even their own emergency? Is it survival mode? or flight or fight? or something else entirely?

Is it demeaning to tell someone they did something dangerous and stupid?

In and of itself, it probably isn't. However, there are many who would likely take things that way. They may believe that they have the right to do stupid or dangerous things, and that you butting in is being nosy, bossy, controlling, and treating them like they are stupid. Adults should have the right to take risks without strangers who are not authority figures trying to put limits on them.

On the other hand, those saying such things are probably trying to be nice, and probably have the person's best interests in mind. You can argue that if someone is about to step in front of a vehicle, it would be a matter of basic human decency to grab them or shout out to them to alert them of the danger. The greater question is who has this right? Should it be all people, just authority figures and family, or nobody.

So overall, this depends on the person and their own views and experiences.

Why are people inappropriate?

The reasons people act inappropriately vary. The reasons include:

Immaturity - Some think that being inappropriate is silly or fun.

Improper upbringing - Not everyone knows they are being inappropriate.

Mental illness or neurological condition - An illness may cause someone to act inappropriately. If someone has coprolalia, a symptom of Tourette's Syndrome, a person may suddenly get up and start cursing for seemingly no reason. They have no control over this; it just happens. There are also people who think they are elsewhere and talk to themselves.

Peer pressure - Someone might let others influence them to act inappropriately.

Psychopathy - Some people simply don't play by the same rules as other people. They may feel they are smarter than others, that rules are for other people, expect to be respected without respecting others, and have trouble controlling themselves.

Sense of injustice, anger - When people feel mistreated, they often lash out. That is not an excuse, but it happens. This may be on an individual level, such as unhappiness over a billing statement, or it can be at a community level where a number of people riot over perceived police brutality.

Substance abuse - Drugs and alcohol are not excuses, but many people do act inappropriately while under the influence.
