u sure can,altho steroids do give you more stamina you should put them to good use and lift extra weight!!! that's what will make you grow i stick to 3-4 excessises for 3-4 sets on large muscle groupes i.e legs, back and 2-3 excersises 3 sets on arms etc but people overlook the most important thing!! if you don't eat correctly you are waisting your time steroids are the last thing to add after diet,a good training routien,rest and a whole load of water!!! once you get all that nailed then add steroids
