Just to add to the answer from Susan, a second recommendation from a satisfied client:
I've been using European Business Centre (mailboxuk.com) since 2004. I have a permanent UK address with them as I'm a consultant and usually only stay a few months in UK every year so I need my post and parcels forwarded to wherever I go. :-)
Direct link to the forwarding page where you can get a quote for a one-off parcel:
mailboxuk.com/ParcelsForwarding.aspx
I been on their office as well, it is a small company with 4 permanent employees which is cool so when I call they always know who I am. I like this more than big companies where nobody knows the clients and they just pass calls around when there's a problem. :-)

Skypax.com in the UK I have used to forward me items in Australia which are very good. They have been around a long time. Also have a concierge service. Their website it Skypax.com

"Mail to Email International" in the UK. -
Just a bit of advice: make sure you do a little bit of research into the company before you jump in. In the UK, at least, check that they have insurance &/or are registered with Companies House (who regulated companies in England and Wales). As a lot of these companies want money up-front, it's good to make sure they're legit. Also, get the insurance on the parcels if they're high-value goods!
_________
I signed up with MyUKMailbox few months ago to have my parcels reshipped from UK. For only £2.99 I got my own UK shipping address, online mail box management, free storage up to 14 days and some other benefits. They ship fast, parcels are carefully packaged so they arrived in best condition.

How does garments productivity calculated?
Garments Productivity is normally a measurement of how effectively labor and capital are turned into products. It is mostly represented as the amount of output per hour that your garment is capable of producing. For most garments, the higher the production rate, the better. Better you calculate the rate of production by using the number of units produced over a certain period of time. This period can range from a month to a year.
What is the price of jp54 rotterdam?
The current price for JP54 is $137.5. You can check it out from here: http://www.iata.org/whatwedo/economics/fuel_monitor/Pages/index.aspx
This is a good price but prices won't rise anytime soon. Jet fuel prices will stay in the normal inflation rate at least this year before demand creeps in more.
Some of the key players will be rising developing nations like Afghanistan. A click in there and it could trigger an increase in price. The Middle East already has oil so their increase won't matter too much.
But it is interesting to state that new technology is poised to make oil obsolete. We'd all hope we can sell it at the best price before it all ends ;)
