What was the difference between the Incas and the Mayas?
They are two completely different tribes, even though they were both created in Mexico they had different languages, clothing, food etc. Incas were more the space experts and Mayas the time experts.
Why did the spanish defeated the incas?
The Spanish had very superior weaponry (guns), and they also brought many diseases with them that had previously never been seen the Americas. That is the how. The reason, however, depends on who you are. They wanted to spread Catholicism, as well as extend the Spanish Empire. Also, they wanted the plunder they would get from looting the sacred Incan cities.
the Inca empire was not a very attractive place to live. The north-western border is the coastal region of the Pacific Ocean, which is the driest desert on earth. Not a drop of rain has fallen there in over 500 years. The towering Andes Mountains begin east of the desert, with steep slopes that make agriculture a serious challenge. The Inca solved that problem by creating terraces and filling them with fertile earth brought up from the mountain valleys. To the east of the Andes, lay the vast and humid jungle of the Amazon River Basin, inhabited by fierce tribes whom the Inca never managed to conquer.
The Inca Empire was the largest empire in pre-Columbian America from Peru from 1438 to 1533. The Inca was conquered in 1572 by the Spanish.
How did cortez capture the strong aztec empire?
Hernán Cortés captured the strong Aztec Empire through a combination of strategic alliances, superior weaponry, and psychological tactics. He formed alliances with various indigenous groups who were enemies of the Aztecs, which bolstered his forces. Cortés also leveraged the element of surprise and utilized firearms and horses, which the Aztecs had never encountered. Additionally, the outbreak of smallpox weakened the Aztec population, further aiding Cortés in his conquest.
there are a lot of stages in the incan government but this is the government pyramid
the Sapa Inca- he ruled everything. he made all the laws and only he could approve things. they were known as "the children of the sun"
supreme council- they helped decide the Sapa Inca who the heir his throne would be once he retired. the children had to past a special test
provincial governors
officials- they had special privileges
tax collectors- one tax collector for every ayllu (family). the tax collector would then report to a tax collector who might be in charge of 10 ayllus.
workers- workers were organized into ayllus
thats the government pyramid. i hope this helped :)
Incas had a dark brown to black hair color. Most people from exotic and southern countries possess very dark hair.
Did the Incas trade with the Aztecs?
No, on a local level Incas traded handcrafted goods among themselves. Their empire was secluded in the mountains causing them to have little or no interaction with nearby societies.
Wrong. It is well established that Andean civilization traded with Mexican civilizations. Very large Incan rafts were seen traveling along the coasts on S. America carrying goods and this is a well attested fact. We seem to have a problem with underestimating Indigenous peoples' knowledge of the land they lived on and interaction with other groups. This is a typical sheltered Euro-centric point of view.
they had lots of special metals, like silver and gold, and gold was liked a lot. they had lots of gold deco and relied most of the time on the agriculture for food, as the source of the food was farming. the sapa inca ruled everything, and they were known as "children of the sun". the incas built the machu picchu, a site that was abandoned after the spanish invaded. they loved music. they made a lot of wind and percussion instruments. they liked their structures to match the landscape and used stone a lot of the time. the incas lived in three regions: the andes mountains, the coastal desert, and the amazon jungle
hope this helps :)
What was family life like for the Inca?
Inca families were made up of husbands, wives and children. Parents arranged whom their children would marry. Women's responsibilities were weaving textiles. Men's responsibilities were to farm, to mine and to serve one time in the army. The Sapa Inca owned all the land, but families were given land to farm depending on how many children they had.
I know it exactly. They lived approximaetely 3 000 years, but probably 35 000 years or 1 002 year and 2 months.
Thak you. Following questions I cannot answer, because I did not published it yet.

What type of government did the Inca empire have?
The Incas had a monarchy as their type of government. They were ruled by an emperor called the Sapa Inca, who believed to be the descendant of the Sun.
The Incas invented the quipus, which had colored strings that they used for counting. They invented a drum and flute. Their craftsmen made objects using copper, gold, and silver and their buildings had sloping walls and interlocking blocks.
