Hang from ceiling adhesive?

You have to know the adhesive AND the ceiling construction really well to do that. I much prefer to find a joist or rafter with a studfinder, then put a hook into the wood to hang anything from a ceiling. - You wouldn't want adhesive failing and dropping something .

How many 20x20 inch tiles are needed for a 1372 square foot house?

Is this your homework?

Each tile is 400 square inches. That's 20 x 20 = 400

In a square foot there are 144 square inches. That's 12 x 12 = 144

In the house there are 197568 square inches. That's 1372 x 144 = 197568

So how many tiles?

Divide the house area in sq inches by tiles in sq inches.

So number of tiles is 493.92 tiles. That's 197568 / 400 = 493.92

Of course you can't buy 0.92 tiles, so call it 494 tiles.

In reality, there is a lot of wastage. No room fits tiles exactly so you have to cut them. Add on about 10% or 50 tiles for wastage.

Where can you find a website for decorating your home?

There are many, many websites that will help you decorate your home. Almost every interior decorator has a blog, or a homepage etc. Personally, I really like the way that the television networks like hgtv and TLC handle this. (Shameless plug in 10, 9, 8, 7.....just kidding. I am not trying to sell you anything). I work for a company that sells furniture, rugs, and home decor, and i really like looking through their pictures for good ideas. Also use their magazines or catalogues for the room scenes, or look in the decorating library that is at the bottom of the main page for some insightful ideas. Also, paint websites and catalogues have great pictures too, as well as a good description of how to choose the right paint colors for the effect you would like. If you research design ideas on line, you are sure to get some great results.

What grit sandpaper should you use to take down body filler and or primer?

Usually you would use a progression of grits. For plastic body filler rough shaping you might use as coarse as 36 grit on an air-file, then smooth with 80 grit and finish with 220. Many techs skip the 220 for filler, but it means you will have to fill the sandscratches with putty after priming the first coat. For primer wet-sand with 220 wet-or-dry for the first coat or two, then 400, then 600. Tip: after you are finished sanding the filler, if you have time, let it sit for several hours. The filler shrinks a little during that time. If you prime and sand right away, the repair will sometimes telegraph through and be visible in the finished paint. If you allow it to do all the shrinking first, then the coats of primer will fill the shrinkage and do a much better job of hiding the repair. I have had jobs come back because the filler shrank AFTER I finished priming and sanding. Not pretty. POLYESTER PRIMER IS THE BEST.........so if your using going to use polysester primer then : start with 40 then 80 and that's it..........POLYESTER PRIMER WILL HIDE 80 GRIT SCRATCHES............ if you still want to sand your filler more....but dont want to take it down to much further....or you just want to fill some deeper scratches.....then palm sand with 120 and prime. BUT...... If you are going to use any other kind of primer over your filler.......you have to use more grits PERIOD...... ANY OR ALL OF THESE: 40 80 100 120 150 180 220

How do you use barn siding for walls in your family room?

if it's a block wall: nail in furring strips every 24" on center with hardened nails top to bottom on the wall (wear eye protection)

if it's a frame wall: buy a stud-finder and a chalk line, find the studs and pop a line top to bottom at the center of each stud. . .get the stud finder that also shows where any electric lines are behind the wall so you won't nail into any electric

attach the siding with finish nails either application (longer nails for the wood wall application) or common nails if you really want the barn look

hope this helps!
