You start itunes software.. in settings for music, turn on "sync recently added".. put your CD in the drive (it will autostart and ask if you want to add it to your collection), and add it to your media collection (wait while the program turns it into MP3 format). on the Library (left panel) click on recently added and you will see your CD. Right click on it to down load the cover (free from itunes) if you want. sync the iPod.. listen.

if you use your iPod with the brightness at its extreme, you battery will die fast. if you use the internet or watch video, it will die faster because they take out a lot of juice. normally, if i'd set the brightness on low and if i don't really need the brightness, I'll just switch it off because you'd save a lot of power on that.

you cant do anyting. not even ajust the volume. im pretty sure it for like if your @ the gym. But it plays the songs in a list ... like if a song ends it will go onto the next song. you also use the hold button when you turn it off. so if you accidentally press a button, it wont turn on.
