Yes and no. The iPod Touch uses whatever internet the local router is using, so if the router you are using is connected to your Comcast Internet modem, then you are using Comcast Internet. If the router you are using is using another modem, like AT&T modem, then it is using AT&T internet.

Press the Home button.

First you put in the Cd to your computer or laptop. Then you sync your music from the Cd to your Itunes. Then after that you just drag the songs you want from the Cd to your Ipod touch in the folder. Unless you don't have your own folder then you have to create one and then go to Ipod touch on the computer screen and go to music then press sync at the bottom.

When your ipad is connected to itunes and done syncing looking on the left hand side of itunes. There you will see your ipad's name ( It might say "Jo's Ipad" for example) to the right of your name (but on the same row as your name) there should be an up looking arrow. This is the eject arrow, when you click on it the computer will disconnect the ipad and then you can unplug it from the computer.

Make sure you plug it in properly, or no electricity will flow through the cord to charge the iPod Touch. Check the cable you are using to charge it, too, since faulty cables will not charge iPod Touches. If you are not using a computer and cable to charge it, check that the equipment (be it a stereo, iHome, etc.) you are using to charge it is also working.

Go into Settings, then restrictions, and then disable the restrictions and enter a 4-digit pin that is required to unlock (and lock) the restriction settings. Then, just turn off the restrictions for Safari.
