IQ doesn't define anything. It just gives you an outlook, it tells you your potential at being intelligent. It doesn't define your ability. ---------------------------------------------------------

My response to the question is not an answer at all, but a clarifying question. Ability at what? Maybe, this question confuses ability with achievement.

IQ tests are formal (usually written) personal assessments useful in quantifying the collective capacities of an individual person in comparison to others of his/her class and relative to those specific capacities of proven successful achievers in that class. Of course, what exactly constitutes intelligence has always been controversial. Tests administered to children are useful in predicting performance in academic endeavors. Those administered by the military or a prospective employer are designed for adults and appropriately predict ranking in settings profoundly different from k-12. But they are all generally effective within their respective contexts. The problem with this question is that the word "ability" is used ambiguously. IQ test scores imply various abilities but do not attempt to quantify any in particular. They are a survey of various capacities that are known to predict general achievement in that class. Since the question seems to be about determining comprehensive intellectual capacity independent of any context, it is absurd to the nature of accredited intelligence testing. Absurd questions are, by nature, unanswerable. If you substitute "potential" for ability, the answer is no, because we're talking about human beings. The score cannot actually impose, or even imply, an absolute limit to a person's achievement. That simply isn't the function of any legitimate IQ test. To be fair to the questioner, IQ scores do imply relative intellectual horsepower but the scores do have a shelf life and therefore cannot frame the limits of a person's lifetime achievement.

Someone whom has a little bit better understanding of topics that others. A personal opinion really. I like this one though because it doesn't deflate those that are not as 'smart' Intelligent

Your going to need nothing less than a bachelor's degree in business. Of course having your masters is a super plus! There are some CEO's that got there on there business savvy as oppose to a degree. Business is funny like this..... You find/create/make/endorse something to sell and you pitch it to all who cares (which is potentially 6 billion people) If it works, you become bill gates or 90% of the music industries CEO's. Business works like this. Get a masters degree to be safe!

An IQ of 134 is the average IQ for about 98 percent of people. The best job that a person can get that has an IQ of 134 is a job that is rewarding as well as something that you are interested in. Perhaps something working with people or sports.

The general public is strictly prohibited from having access to genuine IQ tests such as the WISC, WAIS, or the Stanford-Binet. And so if you take a test online or obtain it from anywhere other than a psychologist, then it is guaranteed to be fake and your score will be meaningless.

Online so-called IQ tests generally have built in positive biases to give the test-taker a very high genius-level score, making them feel good about themselves, and encouraging them to part with their email address or credit card details in return for a "full analysis" that is completely made up.

So a 111 is a good score. The test and scoring scheme already take age into account, and 100 is the average score. IQ tests and scoring systems are orangized in such a way that 50% of the population in the age group scores between 90 and 110, with 25% above and 25% below. So a score of 111 puts you just in the top 25% of your age group.

Both are equally important and integrated with each other. If you are well educated, it means you are enriched with a lot of information. On other hand if an individual is not educated, he might have less theoretical information.

In some cases like job education is must, and in cases information is more important. Rationally speaking both have their own importance, it simply depends on the nature of the circumstances whether education is more important or information.

IQ is suppposedly independent of education and age, but there are some studies that show a correlation. Technically, a 30-year-old who can't read could be a genius.

um, you realize that the average IQ score is the same regardless of age right? the test was made so that an average 18, 19, or whatever age person would score a hundred. the average for a 5 year old would be 100, and the score would still be 100 for a 90 year old.

Good IQ tests, administered properly, are not age-dependent. An average IQ, by definition, is 100, so a score of 124, at any age, is well above average. Congratulations!

An IQ of 105 indicates sn IQ of above average. First this must be based on a standardized series of tests, adminisrered by a certified and trained psychologist. The age of the individual is not relevant.

I got 106 on my IQ test too, when I was thirteen. That was different from the much higher score I received when I was 11. It just proves your IQ test results change daily depending on whether you feel like thinking or feel like making conceptual leaps of feeling or just feel rushed to get through with the test. A good educational grounding prepares a person for learning more easily any tasks that they may endeavor to take part in in the future. It seems that many of the things we learn in a normal education are irrelevant in our day to day lives, however we are learning to learn and if we are good at that then we are able to pick up more easily what is required to be successfully in our chosen field of expertise and be able to expand on it.
