First of all, one "rips" media onto the computer. "Burning" is when creating a new CD or DVD. In order to "rip" a DVD onto your computer, you must first have a drive capable of reading DVD's. One cannot just use their CD reader for this. You might also need some software in order to process this information that is being downloaded.

all you do is buy a turbosim card off of eBay for 10-15 dollars. you just place the turbosim on your own sim card, put it in your fone, and it will be unlocked to work on any network. I don't know where else you can buy it. look online.

Edit: my answer. This does work (for me at least..) because I had this exact problem (jailbroken iPod touch stuck on recovery mode screen) and I just kept experimenting to fix it. You're going to need a different computer with the latest iTunes installed. Simple turn on iTunes, plug in your iPod touch with the new computer and it should say that iTunes has found an iPod in recovery mode. Press ok and click 'restore'. Then just go through the rest and you'll be downloading the latest firmware for you iPod Touch. Hope this helps you and other people with this problem.

Edit: if that doesn't work then trick your iPod touch! How? by doing this:

1. launch blackra1n or download it

2. "click make it ra1n"

3.let it shut your iPod touch off

4.then while it says "running" turn your iPod touch on rapidly......

5. slide or put in passcode if needed then enjoy your iPod

The only way I believe I believe that you can do this is too plug the other persons iPod into your PC / Mac and place the songs onto it from there.

There is a way of adding a folder to your ipod and then compressing all your songs and putting them into this folder. The folder should be put on to the ipod in the ipod settings with the other folders like music and photos and such. If you look on the mac website someone will have probably gone into more detail.
